Wisdom of the Crowd - New Issues

1. Should NS reservists who work overseas be exempted for reservist duty?
2. Should Singaporeans be encouraged to work outside of Singapore?

People are paying a premium to live here in view of the fact there is still a level of

security, safety, a clean government, transparency (?), and efficiencies. Once these

qualities deteriorate further, more younger ones might choose to work and live in

countries with less stress, cheaper and spacious homes, cheaper cars, less

elbows & asses shoving(crowded), more open spaces, less cramp living and away from a

stifled & memorizing education system.

Some of the people I knew of returned either because their visas could no longer be renewed

or failed PR applications.

And you know what?
Lee Kuan Yew had always put country and people before himself?
Being a father was second?
Those 2 BABOONS should at least not speak or act on behalf of him or the people!

We all know that the government creates most of the problems, either by their policies or their non-action.
But if one listens to the parliament debates, some are there to justify their existence with the nitty-gritty and if you have the patience to follow every word through the whole debate, it is like every individual from birth to death has a problem to be straightened out.
The government's duty now is to go around the globe to find a magic wand. So sad.

A maid with a boy entered the lift , they got stuck in the lift, she forgot to bring along her mobile phone and she kept pressing the alarm bell. However, the buzzing sound did not reach the guard house. Since there was no response after she pressed the alarm bell several times, she sat on the floor inside the lift until  the Lift contractor at  and they proceeded to the motor room to rectify the issue. She was rescued from the lift . Since she did not know the power had been restored, she sat inside the lift for 2 hours. Usually, when the alarm bell was pressed, it should trigger the alarm in the hoist way and the buzzing sound in the guard house. The security guard did not receive any buzzing sound because the signal wire was broken for the intercom system to the guard house.
In addition, there should be genset power to home the lifts down to the first storey.
There was some rebooting to be carried out as there was no error code reflected. The electronic lock was not triggering the door to open. The Lift contractor will monitor closely on the performances and ensure minimal breakdown.
