Thick skin means getting a post in an unfair manner.
Thick skin means still holding their heads high despite knowing the post was exploited and maneuvered to their advantage.

media, one the narcissists and the real injustice fighter. If ever you become president,

it is up to you to choose the kind of people you think you want in your life. Only you

Only some people can be cut out for public life.
One can have all kinds of qualifications, but you also have to know how to shut off and not let pettiness take over. Public life means scrutiny and not for the faint-hearted.
