 Is any country prepared for the day that the entire banking system fails and digital payment cannot be made?

The world had zero answers to the vanishing of Malaysian Airline 370.
Having said that, relatives claimed that those on the plane had died but the companies refused to pay out those who had bought out life insurance claiming that they may still be alive.
There are many unknowns; as strange as it may sound, nobody can have all the answers, except the PAP authorities. B'cause if they cannot find the answers, they invented one.

Of all the banks, DBS makes the bulk of the headlines!
The employees are exempted from liability!
Only the bank is being disciplined!

What happens when robots and artificial intelligence can be incentivized to harm us?

Cyberattacks, drone strikes, or surveillance & propaganda. In the end some sort of control

will be required to limit the possibilities of technologies harming us.

Unfortunately many entities are unable to keep up with the pace of constant technological

change making effective regulation extremely difficult to implement. Who gets to decide

to have the power to regulate the technology that is taking over virtually every facet of

our daily lives?
