WOTC - Shared bike operation

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd - How can shared bike operations be made financially viable?

Here are the responses:

33% - The shared bike should be operated by an operator appointed by the Land Transport Authority
25% - Leave it to the free market
22% - The government should provide some subsidy as part of an integrated public transport system.
20% - We should ban shared bikes
