WOTC - Size of class

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:
Should the class size be reduced?

Here are the responses:
61 % - It should be reduced to 30 per class, even though the cost will increase.
31 % - The school should be given more resources
6% - The current size of 40 is optimal
3 % - This should be left to the principal.
