WOTC - High Speed Rail

Is it beneficial to have a High Speed Rail between Singapore and Kuala Lumpur?

33 % - It will help to develop business in these two cities.
23 % - Most people will prefer to travel by air, bus or car
8 % - It will increase contacts and friendship.
