WOTC - how can non PAP parties to work with TCB party

What is the best approach for the non PAP parties to work with TCB party?

37 % - All non PAP parties should contest the GE under a common platform.
16 % - The small parties should merge into TCB's party
7 % - Each party should go on its own, according to its priorities.
