What is the best way to restructure our economy?

83 % - Reduce the cost of doing business.
11 % - Introduce technology, e.g. Smart Nation
6 % - Encourage local companies to move overseas.
0 % - Lower tax to bring in more foreign companies, and increase GST for the shortfall.
