WOTC - National Service

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

How should we change our approach towards National Service?

Here are the responses: (67 Votes)

45 % - Reduce NS to 1 year full time, 3 year reservists.
30 % - Abolish NS and move to a full time professional army.
15 % - Keep NS as it is - 2 years full time, 10 years reservist.
10 % - Make it compulsory for PRs and females to join NS.
