Are poor people lazy?

66 % - Being poor, they are disadvantaged from having a good education.
20 % - Their poverty is largely due to their parents who have bad social habits. 
11 % - Their poverty is mostly due to their poor character and their association with other bad characters. 
3 % - They are generally lazy and do not work hard to improve themselves
