A former drug addict suggested that first time drug abuser should be subject to caning. This will scare young people from attempting to take drug.

This question is straightforward. It is not confusing and easy to grasp. How are drugs so easily available in this modern and supposedly safe country?
Schools should make it compulsory for youths to visit prison as ECA. Youths know prisons but is hazy about the graphics of it. Seeing is believing. Hopefully will cut down on crime and drug abusers and the anguish family members go through.
When most of everything is super high-tech and not doing the super detection the in-flow of drugs ?
