A non Chinese asked for my views about the perceived policy of the PAP to give citizenship to maintain the Chinese ratio in Singapore at 76%.
I do not know if this is a correct reflection of the PAP policy.

Translation
A Woman married a good male from another country. They married for 39 years got 2 children who went to university. They also have grandchildren and children all born in this country. The male scared to apply for citizenship because only have secondary 9. But he is PR.
