Those that make things happen just want their potential to be realized?
Conventional wisdom says that good decisions come from consensus. True?
If seniors have no income but a minimum of 50k in fixed deposit, they qualify for a maid?
If seniors have no income but have a minimum of $250K in fixed deposits, they qualify for a car loan after paying a deposit of 30k.Cars are depreciating asset.
But if seniors have millions in their fixed deposit, they do not qualify for any property loans after the 25% cash deposit, citing they do not have any income to service the loans. Freehold properties hold their values?
Decisions- Decision making is to first find the facts. But one person's facts are not the same to another's. We always find facts that only suit our own judgement. Decision's and judgements are all made under uncertainty. Often the effect of a decision can cause too many negative effects and outweigh the costs.
