TERRY SUE 👍. DID THE RIGHT THING. BRING IN THE REAL CULPRITS.👍
This is not deliberate falsehood. Husband and wife are joined-owners of current owner-occupied home. Wife quitted her job 18 years ago after the kids came along. The property was bought with loan approval only on only husband's income.
Husband: Dear you will have to do the enquiries on decoupling ownership with the bank as I will be extremely busy in the coming weeks. Do it soon in case tomorrow rules change all again.
Wife called CIMB.
CIMB: Sorry your name is not with us so we cannot speak to you. You husband is the sole borrower with the bank. We only have his name.
