I sent a message to the CEO of Starhub to express my unhappiness over their business practice following the expiry of their roaming data package. I was being charged at an exorbitant rate for the roaming data outside of the package.
He gave a prompt reply to me and directed his directed his manager in charge of the roaming data business to study my feedback. He said - we hear you.
