WOTC - Spilt PAP into two parties

Is it good for PAP to split into two parties?

52 % - It does not help as both parties will still pursue similar policies.
29 % - It will never happen.
11 % - It will help to improve democracy in Singapore. 
8 % - It will happen only if Lee HL encourages it.
