WOTC - Slow in dealing with disclosure lapses

Were MAS and SGX slow in dealing with the possible disclosure lapses in Hyflux?

60 % - They should scrutinise the prospectus more carefully at the time of issue of the securities and ensure that the information is clear and adequate.
29 % - They should act when Hyflux applied for court protection in May 2018.
6 % - The investors should make study the prospectus carefully before investing in the securities.
6 % - Let the retail investors learn the lesson.
