WOTC - COE on motor vehicles

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Should COE for motor vehicles be abolished?

Here are the responses: (45 Votes)

42 % - COE should be replaced by a fixed fee, rather than be subject to auction.
36 % - We should abolish COE and increase the ERP charges.
13 % - We should keep COE to reduce the car population.
9 % - We should continue to impost heavy charges to encourage people to take public transport.
