WOTC - Encourage families to have more children

Which incentive will encourage families to have more children?

46 % - Free medical, infant and child care up to primary school for up to 3 children
41 % - A monthly allowance of $500 for each child up to age 16 for up to 3 children
11 % - Improve benefits under baby bonus package.
2 % - Two years of maternity leave for the mother and six months for the father.
