Dr. Lee Wei Ling says to right a wrong comes from the heart. Do you have a heart that is courageous to to right a wrong? If you know that something is wrong but do not have a heart that is courageous enough to right it you are committing an omission of guilt and there are many of it today. Right in your midst these wrongs are committed and glossed over daily. Insurance agents msi-sell and misrepresent the superior glossed over the senior management glossed over , the ceo glossed over. and MAS glossed over. What kind of world is this?
The mis-selling and cheating by RMs and insurance agents is one example that people must come out to condemn. You may not a victim now but you maybe one in the future. Possibly you are, right now, for you don't not know because you are clueless, too trusting. Mis-selling is NOT about loss only but also about being short changed, of information like risk, lower protection or low return or contigencies which you are bound by contract. And very rampant is in the life insurance industry where the intricacies are often hidden deep in jargon which only experts can reveal to you and definitely not the insurance agents. So if you ever hear or whisper of malpractices , in the office , from friends it is your duty as good citizen to report the 'crime' or else you are abetting someone to harm someone. Today, there is hardly any salesman or insurance agent you can trust. This is a good defence. Remember, whistle blowers ARE PROTECTED by law.
