Send invoice without encryption

 Amazon Web Services (AWS) sent me a monthly invoice in PDF without encryption.

They do not follow the insane practice adopted by Singapore companies to encrypt their invoice with a troublesome password.

It is so troublesome that I refuse to open the PDF and insist that I receive the paper statement.

The Singapore companies must be following some insane regulation issued by the regulator.

A drop of 19.5% in surrender value over a few months

 A policyholder asked for my view on why there is a large drop in surrender value on his policy that has occurred within a few months after the post sale benefit illustration was issued to him.
