Property bubble

Good news that our neighbour countries are also implmenting bubble preventive measurement. If not any of the country burst, singapore will be affected just like Asian Crisis.

even australia has got a property bubble that is formenting.. in my opinion, this is a consequence of a paper money economy as well as conflict of interest down the entire value chain...

when faced with an economic downturn, money is pumped in driving interest rates down, people turning to hard assets for wealth preservation...

conflict of interest because everyone wants to make money, but their collective action will cause a bubble that has painful consequence once there is a lack of buyer/renter.... something like the sub prime crisis only in slow mo
