Hi Mr Tan,
I came across this article in NZ Herald. I'm not really sure what it is about, but maybe it will be useful for those people who are interested in the said NZ properties being advertised in Singapore.
Comment: according to the article, the apartment is being offered to Singapore investors, who are not aware about the problems that the New Zealand investors face with the developer.
1 comment:
Sophisticated property investors buy foreign properties from established, well known international estate agencies, not from some small local
based Agencies.
Kudos to this blog reader who took time to post news of this NZ property to warn Singaporeans of its troubled Court case pending.
Everybody is zooming on Singaporeans to sell dubious things, from troubled banks like NIB of Pakistan, to Minibonds and properties in legal trouble, these sharks are ever cruising around to make suckers out of us. Even our two Sovereign Funds are just as daft and naive as the ordinary citizens. If i am a foreign fraudster, will also do the same, would first target Temasek Holdings, very easy to cheat this SWF, would be a fool to miss any opportunity.
