WOTC - Win more votes for PAP?

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Will the standoff with Malaysia win more votes for PAP at next general election?

Here are the responses: (50 Votes)
32 % - No. The dispute could be avoided.
28 % - No. It will cause more hardship.
22 % - Yes. Out of fear.
18 % - Yes. More people will rally behind PAP

If any member of the opposition has at least half of the qualities of late Lee the present PAP will be wiped out. Some present in the PAP tries to imitate him but they lack the personal tools that late Lee was blessed with. In some cases the public now have better qualities than the present leaders but are not thick-skinned enough to hold such positions.
