How to improve wages for low income workers?

58 % - Ask employers to pay higher wages and receive wage subsidy from government.
26 % - Govt to give Workfare supplement to complete the low wages paid by employers.
13 % - Train the older workers to get new and suitable jobs in the economy.
2 % - Let the workers find their own solution.
