Should the minister of defense take responsibility for the death of Aloysius Pang?

30 % - He should apologise personally to the family and to the nation.
19 % - He should reduce the reservist duty from 10 years to 5 years to reduce this kind of dangerous exposure.
14 % - He should punish the commanders responsible for this training death.
