46 % - The govt is applying a draconian solution to an imaginary problem.
27 % - The feedback from the public and international sources show the weakness of the govt's approach.
24 % - The response from the govt is still unsatisfactory.
3 % - The govt is listening to the feedback and making the appropriate changes.
