WOTC - Focus on jobs

Heng SK gives a top focus for jobs for Singaporeans.

46 % - He was a key person who negotiated the CECA agreement that caused jobs to be lost for our locals.
41 % - I am doubtful that he really intends to work on a solution.
7 % - I agree with this goal and will support him to achieve it.
