WOTC - Leaks at Jewel at Changi

What are your views about the leaks in the Jewel at Changi.

47 % - The quality of construction and worksite supervision has dropped to an unacceptable level.
23 % - The problems should have been fixed before the official opening.
21 % - It is just teething problem that can be expected from a new project.
9 % - Apart from this small glitch, the rest of the project came out well.
