Popular temples and nightclubs should be close until the end of the year. These are the most compact places.

A man brings his best buddy home for dinner unannounced at 5:30 after work. His wife begins screaming at him and his friend just sits and listens in.

"My hair & makeup are not done, the house is a mess, the dishes are not done, I'm still in my pyjamas and I can't be bothered with cooking tonight! Why the hell did you bring him home for?"

Husband answer "Because he's thinking of getting married".

Our tenant requested rental cut from $5500 to $4000. We agreed to meet in the middle at $4700. The thing here is by the end of this year, it will be difficult to put up to the price $5500 again, and we have been collecting this amount for the past three years.

“Suddenly”

Suddenly, we slept in one world and woke up in another. Disney has no more magic and Paris is no longer romantic.

Suddenly, in New York everyone sleeps. And the Great Wall of China is no longer a fortress.

Suddenly, hugs and kisses become weapons. Holding hands and walking the parks become outlawed.

Suddenly, not visiting aging parents and grandparents becomes an “act of love”.

Suddenly, our bombs and machine guns, our tanks and artilleries begin to gather dust.

Suddenly, we realized that power is with God alone. And that money has no value when it can’t even buy you toilet paper.

Suddenly, we have been put back in our place by the hands of the universe.

And we’ve been made aware how vulnerably “human” we truly are, when faced with a microbe so powerfully inhumane.

Landlords are still king despite lower rentals. A lot of condos have been demolished for new buildings, because of enbloc. Shortage of homes. New ones will only be on the market from 2023. Tenants can then have plenty of choices.
