WOTC - Check for defects

Wisdom of the Crowd: 59% of the respondents said that they would check for defects in a new flat on their own. 40% said that they would pay $300 to get a surveyor to check for defects.

The brutal fact is before the bank takes over the loan default property, it is obvious that

the owner had tried to sell it before. If the owner was unable to sell it, and if the bank

is still trying to sell it with the same price asked, what chance does the bank have?

In the old days, parents advised their children: " If you don't study properly, you will end up sweeping streets, cleaning toilets,🤣 being maids, selling tissues, collecting cardboards."
