A good government looks at peoples' desires, needs, fears and concerns. What's fair and what's
right? Why is he losing weight? His men are not meeting the objective but insisted that they are meeting up to their expert opinion.
Having him is still the lesser of the two evils.

My wish for the year of the ox- that they provide spacious, affordable and quality public housing for the masses and stop threatening & tempering the private housing market. Some banks have already been making it mandatory for a 20% cash loan value to be put as a fixed deposit in the owner's name as a criterion in the event of job loss or business failure to cover a few years of loan repayment. If one cannot afford the cash deposit, they would not approve the loan.
My wish for the year of the ox- at the very least people are allowed to have 2 properties in their names and 20% ABSD from 3rd properties onwards. Loans can be subjected to the younger person income and age if they need to put in the names of another person for security reasons.
To give other groups some oxygen other than only first-timers. Other groups are human beings too with complicated housing arrangements.

Here’s the story, titled “Whose Job Is It, Anyway?”

This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody’s job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn’t do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have.

Justice Chan also identified numerous mistakes of an arguably serious nature that led to there being a failure to “prove beyond a reasonable doubt” that Ms Parti was guilty of theft. Included in this list of mistakes would be the way evidence was handled (or mishandled). These are issues that the AGC would have known about and yet they pressed ahead.

Those were the days where people live artlessly. There was no twist or turns. We do not know whether those outside the government were less educated and rely heavily on a trusted government or today the population is smarter with social media to air shortcomings? That could mean today it is harder to be a government or that standards have dropped? Maybe it is both.

It can really help if leaders at least have an understanding of the physiology of the people's brain...no need for them to have to cut open the skulls.
