WOTC - Will Joe Biden get into trouble over Afghanistan?

Though the final decision is his, most probably Biden has advisers? One man cannot think of everything, especially a country that large with all the sub-states?
There is always an element of small risk in everything and nothing can be 100% foolproof (banks will tell us that, if they think everything is risky, they cannot be in business.) except the PAP leaders.
