Rules- The more the merrier or too involved in details to see the whole?
While there are health-conscious people around, there are also those who live riskily?

There are only 24 hours in a day. Minimum 8 hours of sleep( enough sleep and rest to be effective.) While Covid has similar traits as Sars, GCT should come out and handle the situation. Those in the Covid committee are being taken away from their real jobs in the Ministry? As much as they try, in the end, they can only do so much and that is what is happening now. Besides too many chefs.
