Be honest in your communication

I received a standard message starting with - Dear valued customer.

I do not have any business with the company for some time. How can I be a "valued customer" ?

I prefer communication to be honest and direct. I do not mind being addressed as - Dear customer. https://tklcloud.com/Feedback/feedback2.aspx?id=4852

Honesty is the best policy. I was at MBS carpark. While reversing into a lot the alarm make a loudest noise so I stepped hard on to the brakes. The car jerked and I thought that I had hit the car next on the left. I left a note with my name and phone number for the owner to call me. It would aggrieved me if somebody did the hit and run on my vehicle. When I got home the back of my vehicle was a slight dent. I waited for his call but it never came. The only thing I could have thought off was he could be touched by my honesty. It has since been more than 3 months.

As wonderful as the internet is, it does not filter out low quality info. Our judgement are

skewed on bias?

My retired parents miss the days when life was simple-

My only brother lived in the States with his family'

My fiancée and I decided have decided on a new property launch so as my retired parents have a choice of choosing a unit living near us.

While the bank was willing to give a bridging loan on their fully paid property, they are liable for ABSD.

We were told that once the new condo TOP, my parents can sell their property within 6 months for the ABSD refund or sell their property first and live in a rental flat for about 4 years. At their age the idea of moving twice is self-destructive. Plus the thought of having them hold on to their cash of $240K of ABSD for 4 years does not feel a good move.

Guess what? I was never bothered about their policies till it started to hit home.

Why the Singapore leaders brain is only in the box and why we can never win world beauty

pageants in Q&A department. Philippines and Thailand did win? Any exam questions that were not

rehearsed or memorized would be too difficult. Therefor we should not give in to a few who

expect that questions should just cater to their only child. And when that happens, those top

students parents will write in to complain that the exam papers cater to the primary 3. Can

never win?
