Country comparison of covid deaths - 13 Oct 2021

The covid deaths for Singapore for the past 7 days has increased to 10 per million of population.

It is considerably higher than Myanmar, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, India, S Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong.

Considering the high vaccination rate in Singapore, the good medical facilities and the layers of restrictions that are imposed on the public, the high death rate for Singapore is puzzling.
