Pick the capable leaders to run the country

 China focus on developing the quality of the officials running the country, instead of picking leaders through political elections.

Capable Leaders including WP

"Enthusiasm" the fundamental trait is not present in their DNA.
"Right mindset" is not in their DNA.
"Right attitude" is not in their DNA.
"Serving" is not in their DNA.
Arguably, the "Deflect" is the only DNA when the opportunity is not in their favor.

Filters erode trust.
