What is better than ??

Here is a brief summary of an excellent speech given by Butch Jimenez to the graduating class of the University of the Philippines:

What's better than focusing on the negative? Focus on the positive.
What's better than working hard? It's working smart.
What's better than dreaming? Imagineering.
What's better than doing something for yourself? Doing something for your
country.
What's better than a vision? A cause.
What's better than a long speech? Definitely, a short one.

Mr Jimenez Jr. is the Vice-President of Media and Communications of PLDT, Philippine - aka a big shot lah. But you are the CEO of NTUC Income! A bigger shot!

Dear Sharon,

You are working FOR the organisation that Mr Tan is heading - NTUC Income. Irregardless of what you will write, I have to dismiss them for the simple fact that you are related to Mr Tan in some ways (boss-subordinate). As such, whatever you write can be regarded as biased.
