Rechargeable torchlight with locator light

Here is a photo of the rechargeable torchlight with the locator light turned on.

It is easy to locate the torchlight at night to visit the bathroom or kitchen for a drink of water.

You do not need to turn on the main lights and waste electricity.
In an emergency or power failure, you can find the torchlight easily.

It takes 12 hours to charge the battery and can last for about two weeks, based on light usage.

This special feature of a locator light was designed by me and produced to my specification.
The torchlight sells for $6.50 and can be bought from my office ($5.50 for purchase of 5 or more pieces). Office open Mondays to Fridays, 9 am to 6 pm. (The price will be revised to $8 from 2010 when this is made available at the retail outlets).

Delivery can be made to your address for a delivery charge of $7. You can get several friends to buy the torchlight together and share the delivery cost.

Dear Mr Tan

My dad is 91 and my mum is 86.My dad had a stroke recently but has recovered well .Both of them possess active minds and are, apart from age, quite healthy.

This torch with a locator light will be ideal for elderly people( such as my parents)

Congratulations! Now, we see a creative, inventive side of you !Keep it up
John

My office open Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm. If you buy 5 pieces, e.g. for your friends, you pay $1 less per piece.

Hi Mr Tan,

What's the size of this torch?

How about adding a strap to the end...maybe one that glow in the dark?

Mr Tan, would you consider delivery service? You can include postage fees to the order and make us pay you via pay pal :)

how long the battery can last? i mean recharge cycle life.

The manufacturer says that the battery can be recharged 260 times - but I have not verified it. I was able to use it for two weeks after a charge, due to the light usage.

I will find a distributor to sell the torchlights, maybe the DIY stores.

In the meantime, I sell them at my office. You can collect orders from your friends and colleagues and ask one of them to buy from my office (and enjoy $1 discount for orders of 5 or more).

Mr Quek and his wife came to my office this morning to buy 5 pieces of the torchlight to give to their family. They are my first customers for the torchlight. They enjoy $1 discount and paid $5.50 for each torchlight. I also sold them 1 piece of the Shape Quiz card for $1.50.

My mother, who is in her 80s, found tis torchlight to be very useful at night. She likes it so much that she wanted to buy 10 pieces to pass to her friends.

The torchlight is 13 cm long. There is no strap.

I have used the torchlight for the past two nights. I found the locator lamp to be very useful.

There is no need to worry about wasting battery as it uses rechargeable battery.

I received my second customer today in my shop. Mr Pang bought 6 pieces of torchlight to distribute to his family members.

As year-end season is coming, perhaps this can be promoted as year-end gift item for clients? Business associates, insurance agents who are friends and fans of T.K.L. may be interested.

Mr Tan...perhaps u can approach organisations to buy as part of their fire-safty/emergency back-up SOP items
