Foreigners represent Singapore in international convention

It is quite sad that Singapore males have to do National Service and foreigners are given scholarship, jobs and the chance to represent Singapore - and they have an advantage over Singaporeans because they do not have to serve National Service. http://www.tremeritus.com/2012/02/24/members-of-nus-delegation-were-not-singaporeans/

Nothing strange here, many Singapore youths are studying right here in this country, with scholarships and Bursaries from foreign Govts.
These students should pat themselves on their backs that these foreign Govts value their talents more than our own Govt.
