WOTC - Separate form for Merdeka package

Should a separate fund be created to meet the future cost of the Merdeka package?

45 % - We are creating too many special funds that are difficult to manage.
29 % - There is the risk that scams will be created to target these special funds
16 % - It is better for the social programs to be met from the annual revenue, rather than pre-funded.
11 % - It is a good approach to ensure that the future cost is pre-funded.
