Should the govt spend more on infrastructure and buildings?

90 % - We should control spending on infrastructure and public buildings and reduce the tax burden on the people. 
5 % - We should display a more modest image internationally.
3 % - We need to have impressive infrastructure and public buildings.
3 % - The large spending will improve the international image of Singapore.
