WOTC - Should the PMD retailers be compensated for unsold inventory?

Wisdom of the Crowd: 58% of the participants said that the govt should review the ban on the use of PMDs and allow them to be used on pavements under safe conditions, 19% said that the govt should take over the inventory of the PMD retailers at cost, 23% said that the retailers should take the loss as a business risk.
