Anonymous said...: Possibly making difficult rules to fence off "outsiders" from the government could be because infighting can eat up time that was supposed to be put to good use for the country. Joe Biden and Trump, ministers in Malaysia spent precious time on how to outdo each other. If one looks back in history on band groups of 5,6,7 members most do not last long due to infighting. safety and wellbeing of the country and those they represent.
Such positions are always at least in principle accompanied by sacred responsibilities toward the governed.
It takes ongoing effect, not just lip service.

PAP- Mostly highly educated founded the GST Company with an annual value of $ow much.

Simon Cowell- Dropped out of school at 16.

Bill Gates- Dropped out of university. Founded Microsoft with a nett worth of nearly US$100 billion.

PAP- Founded Singapore Reserves Unknown. Not 1MDB.

Richard Branson- Dropped out of school at 16. Founded Virgin.

PAP- Founded the world's most expensive cars and properties.

Rapper J-Z- Never graduated from high school. Worth US$1 billion.

PAP- Founded the world's costliest ministers.

Anonymous said...: Ah Loong looks like he does not abuse his power. During morning travel to the office if something urgent or he is rushing for time, the traffic lights sequence where his entourage drives without stopping.
