A fair wage system

 Here is the framework of a fair wage system that covers the minimum wage, and give higher pay for jobs that require skill and carries responsibilities.

A farmer left his 10 cows to his 3 sons.
The eldest is married so he gets half the share. The other half is shared by 2nd and 3rd sons.
The government said they would have to take 5 cows from the 2nd and 3rd sons as they would mean 2 and a half cows each.
The village head suggested 2 cows each and the 5th one to cook and have a village feast.
The 2 brothers sold the 5 cows and shared the money.

Before I went to college, I was able to hold a conversation with any Tom, Dick or Harry. After college, I find it difficult to talk to those who do not possess the same brain as me on a lot of topics they cannot understand. The reason why scholars should never be in government service as they are dealing with a mixed population.

Similar age group congregate together addressees that they speak the same lingo. Youngsters prefer hanging out with their own kind than their parents. Lions and dogs don't go together?

Education is one of the promising factors in reducing inequality. Limited

educational opportunity results in poorly educated underclass sinking further

down while those with advanced education with top universities going into

extremely high paying jobs-mainly in areas of law,medicine,finance and

technology-the distribution of wealth is getting even worse.
