Kra Canal

 Is the Kra Canal feasible?

I calculate the figures and conclude that it is marginally feasible.

Sir, the Kra Canal is a non starter because the benefit of minimal time saved will be outweighed by the limitation of ships size increasing the unit cost of transport per container. Suez was built to reduce significantly the time taken for PASSENGERS to travel from England to India and beyond. The size of the canal allows large ships to pass through so it has been used because sending similar sized ships around the Cape would indeed increase the unit cost of transport. What we are seeing now with the largest container lines rerouting their ships due to war risk is the start of a realignment process. The bigger the ship the lesser the unit cost of transport. If Suez restrictions do not need to be observed ships going around the cape will become even larger and the importance of the Suez Canal will reduce. The transit time will increase but frankly a container unlike a passenger doesnt care how long it floats on the water. Aside from the most time critical of items supply chains will just be recalibrated to allow for the longer time taken. If Suez is used less there is even less of a case to built Kra.

What happens when you spend time on people you don't specially like or who dont like you?

Doesnt it drain your energy?

What happens when you read about people you like?

Doesnt it energises you?

Which would you choose? Drain your energy or energise you?

I know what I would choose.

Mr. Prata Singh, Mr. Ridouts & Mr. Iswarrant,

If you have integrity and productivity, you develop trust. Trust is the foundation of Permission. The more trust you have, the better your relationship with the people to lead. As the saying goes, people cling to those they can trust when the crunch comes. Trust is required
for people to feel safe. For that reason do what is right.

Beware of Bitcoin investment schemes where scammers, posing as experienced "investment managers," lure investors with tales of massive cryptocurrency profits. Promising hefty returns, these fraudsters ask for an upfront fee, only to vanish with your money, leaving you with empty promises. They may even ask for personal information under the guise of fund transfers, risking your cryptocurrency security. Don't let the allure of quick wealth cloud your judgment. Always verify the credibility of those you're investing with and remember, if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Stay informed, invest wisely, and protect your digital assets.
