Improve the use of the Thomson East Coast line

 We should make some changes so that more people will use the Thomson East Coast line and reduce the cost of operating the trunk bus services

Give credit where credit is due. We cannot deny that public transport is clean, efficient, cheap, and modern, except during peak hours where a little overcrowding. The bus stop is just outside my house. It is a means of transportation for the general public. This cannot be said about taxis, private car hires, or other forms of private transport. These are out only for profits and are in the business trade.

We can believe that when they sell that public transport is affordable. A budget tourist once told me that the MRT is very, ""cheaper, better, faster" than Lim Swee Say.

We can be skeptical when we are told public housing is affordable. Resale has now become against Lim Swee Say, "cheaper, better, faster."
