Although no one wants to see Dr. Lee Wei Ling's untimely demise and the physical suffering she endured before death, it seems that there is a belief that she would still mock, ridicule, and criticize on social media to get her way regarding Oxley. This could potentially mean that ex-PMLee would never have peace in ruling the country. The sentiment expressed is that, regardless of personal family matters, the focus should be on the well-being of the people and the country. Those who knew her mostly approved that she was hot-tempered, opinionated and would not stop till she got her own way. Rest in Peace. The country could move forward without two interferences. Now there is only one.

Indirect fraud.
Singtel sold us a renewal contract lump in a Samsung 55 inch TV for $999 with a certain contract. The TV on the wall certified that it costs $4040 without a contract. When the TV was delivered we checked the model online was $988.

Liar in parliament fined $35K.

**Food Fraud 1** - The Killiney mee rebus only contained 2 teaspoons of sauce, half a hard-boiled egg, 4 pieces of tau kua, and 6 beansprouts. Half the food was not eaten.

**Food Fraud 2** - At Toast Box, it was presented with a picture of a Hainanese pork chop accompanied by rice, a fried egg, with a side of sweet and sour vegetables of onions, tomatoes, and pineapple at the entrance. However, when I provided feedback that there were no vegetables in my dish, the manager claimed that this was how the Toast Box Hainanese pork chop was served. I suggested that they should update the image to reflect the actual dish. They offered to refund me the $10.30, but I declined, feeling that they were misleading customers. Instead, it seemed that they simply gave refunds to those who complained.

Businesses are cheating to survive or greed because they are getting away with misrepresentation? Are they copying the government officials?

Woah

Food Fraud 3- Most places are using smaller plates so that it creates the food is so much that it is overflowing.

I don't know about other outlets of Toast-Box. Of the 3, I usually patronized, the Hainanese Pork Chop picture at the entrance got no price sign. Only 10.6. If you know how things are run here, you can guarantee is $10.60 and not $10.06

New condo prices have reached record highs, with OCR projects like Chuan

Park crossing $2700 PSF. New projects prices will continue to rise driven by

GLS land cost. Even the HDB market has surprised many with resale 3

room, 67 SQM unit selling for $450,000.

While old freehold units with larger floor sizes and located near upcoming

transformations, are not doing as well as new 99 years, they are highly

valuable are rare and hold value well over times.

I recently experienced a 10-night round trip cruise on the Anthem of the Seas, and it gave me a fresh perspective on a *different breed of Westerners*, particularly those from Australia and America. During the cruise, I noted that there were around 1,300 Australians and 300 Singaporeans on board, as mentioned in the announcements.
Aside from one individual who blew his nose on a cloth napkin—an unpleasant sight—I found that 9 out of 10 people were considerate and helpful. For example, while I was waiting to place my order at the bar, a large Caucasian man who took a seat on the last stool in front of the bar counter,  looked around, noticed me and asked if I had already ordered. When the bartender approached, he informed them that I was there first, ensuring I was served before him.
I also observed that people tended to stand to the side in elevators so others could exit before entering. The first person who entered the elevator often held the open button to keep the doors from closing on anyone behind them. If they spotted someone in a wheelchair or adults with babies, they would typically allow them to enter the lift first.
Additionally, patrons would vacate their tables if they noticed others carrying plates of food and searching for a place to sit. Throughout the cruise, I frequently heard polite phrases like "please" and "thank you." Harrdly do we see them piling up their plates?
However, upon returning to shore, it returned to the usual rat race of everyday life.

I am so very grateful to the authorities for blocking the gambling sites.
Otherwise the damages would be horrendous! People may experience financial ruin, strained relationships, and mental health issues as a result of their gambling habits or even suicide!
