Ng Chee Ming, you can survive this. If people with dubious character proven by the court can or are allowed to become the Leader of the Opposition in a country where we were told to hold high standards, there is something very wrong with the system. Currently, parliament feels , 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗲 and 𝘂𝗻𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 and a 𝘄𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲. One suggestion is to paint a row of seats in 𝗣𝗜𝗡𝗞💗 to differentiate that they are solely there as NCMP and with no other powers. It serves as a warning about maintaning standards, cos humans have eyes to see, brain to think and ears to listen." That is what sets as apart from other countries. Now no need all these prolonged time consuming process to remove the *LIAR*.

No need to fear backlash as it was only the loud *minority*.

Every choices carries consequenses immediate or long term to consider weighing the benefits against the costs. There is a price to pay for every decisions.

Anonymous said...: Given a choice, the People's Action Party (PAP) would prefer having Prata in parliament over Chee Soon Juan , Tan Cheng Bock , Lim Tean, Goh Meng Seng , or Ravi Pheloman. They have to set the benchmark by taking action . All these thrillers involve own families.

Since he was given the title of Leader of the Opposition, his ego seems to have inflated non-stop. He acts as if he can do whatever he wants, whenever he wants, and however he wants. During the Committee of Privileges (COP) session, he displayed an attitude that suggested, "I am Prata Sing. I shouldnt even be here, "whereas Reeash displayed calm and confidence without going around in circles.

If PM Lawrence Wong had not act in haste and had waited till the results of the appeal were finalised, the thriller seasons would not have dragged on.

Step down so that other oppostions can step up. Prata not only played out himself, he also played out the other opposition parties and Marine Parade during the last election.

From political disagreements to differing opinions on social issues. Many people are frustrated with the lack of strong leadership and decision-making, which has led to disillusion and a growing sense of helplessness.

Nothing seemed to be black or white nowadays. Everything is so grey and conflicting. People have started to lose faith and not feel good about themselves anymore.

Now with all his legal fees high high,and that he thought his pay would be secure the next 4 years. He has got a young family to support and bills to pay.
He sat an example with Daniel Goh and now all his sheep knows their standing. That is life. Book Smart and not Street Smart. Now with most NMPS with high qualification, sets example that you can have kosong intelligence as long as your paper qualification is not kosong.
