Learn about medication

I was prescribed with Naproxen Sodium before. I had some remaining tablets but forgot what it was used for. I searched Google and found the following explanation. It was quite useful for me to learn about the medication. It is important for each person to learn about the medication that they are taking. The internet provides an easy reference.

Naproxen
sodium is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is most often used to treat pain, inflammation, menstrual cramps and fever. It is also a favorite medication used to treat the stiffness associated with arthritis, osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions affecting joints. Naproxen sodium, or naproxen, as it is often referred to, is less commonly used to treat Paget’s disease and Barrter’s syndrome.

Hi Mr Tan,

I wish you Good Health.

Life in modern cities have become more and more stressful. People are popping vitamins and minerals on the go. I believe vitamins and minerals should be popped in moderation, else they may be of risk to one's health too.

Fruits and vegetables are still the Best!

Try not to take any medication, pills or drugs. If only the health ministry bothers to do a survey, I am sure they will find that the healthiest people and those who live longest are those who do not pop pills on a regular basis.

Naproxen sodium is also good for occasional gout sufferers who are not on alluprinol. It sure helped me when I had to travel abroad frequently in the early 2000s. Imagine excrutiating pain while limping all the way in NY or LA while lugging your suitcase.

Do note however that naproxen must be taken on a full stomach.

Working for long hours is common to stay employed in the current situation.
For the sake of money, health, time spent with family members & friends, recreational activities etc becomes lower priority.

Be wary of information on medicine and illness found on the internet. Be sure it is a credible source.
